Wreath Laying at Amar Jawan Jyoti India Gate. Wreath Laying Ceremony was held on 21 Sep 2011 with full traditional values, the Wreath was placed by Brig R K S Gulia the President of IESL. The ceremony was attend by large number of Veteran officers JCOs and OR. The ceremony was watched and admired with awe by a large number of civilians watching the show.
